MEET STACEY

I am passionate about community management and I am eager to join a company that understands that community is the future of communication. How we deal with the public is how we succeed long term. Good products can be great, but nothing is greater than the relationships we maintain with our customers. Your community managers are your first line of defense and that's where I am most at home.

I am a born communicator, critical-thinker and possess strong presentation and time-management skills. I am creative to the core. My greatest skills are researching, story-mining, analyzing information, and problem-solving.

My passion is crafting meaningful client experiences across multiple social media platforms, ensuring every dollar is deliverable.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Information Sciences & eSociety from the University of Arizona. Throughout my career, I've gained experience working as a Community Manager for various companies, including Meta, WW, and Khoros. In these roles, I've managed online communities, developed and executed community strategies, coordinated with cross-functional partners, moderated social media platforms, organized webinars, and tracked and analyzed metrics.

In addition, I have experience as a Social Media Intern for the University of Arizona's Office of Online Student Engagement. During my time in this role, I assisted in creating and moderating a student Facebook group, leveraged data and feedback to assess the information available to online students, and assisted with training new student interns.

Before my community management roles, I worked as a Commercial Relationship Manager for Citibank. In this position, I developed and maintained relationships with high-value commercial bank clients.

I have technical skills in various social media and project management tools, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zoom, Hootsuite, Trello, and Microsoft Office. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Certified Community Manager and as a Digital Marketing Associate.
